Dragon Dictate review: speech recognition from Nuance for Mac

I’m using version 2.5.2 of Dragon Dictate for Mac with a Plantronics noise cancelling headset I bought from ebay. My MacBook Pro is new as of June 2011, has 8gb of RAM and a 512gig solid state drive.
